Colour
Golden-amber with a warm copper depth and sunlit honey highlights.
Nose
Rich and inviting, the nose opens with honeyed pear and apple, touched by vanilla and almond. Sherry depth brings dark raisin, fig, and cocoa-dusted spice, while polished oak yields a toasted cedar backbone. A refined, lingering sweetness hints at depth and elegance.
Palate
Opulent sherry sweetness coats the palate with dark cherry, fig and plum, balanced by orange zest and dried apricot. Silky toffee and vanilla mingle with mocha and almond complexity, while gentle spice, nutmeg and cinnamon, keep it vibrant. Faint tobacco oak lends structure, finishing long with warm fruit and spice.
Finish
An enduring finish of warm spice and sherried sweetness, where dried fruits and orange zest linger over smooth oak. Subtle toffee and cocoa fade gracefully, leaving a refined, velvety glow that clings softly to the palate long after the sip.
