This unique whisky is a marriage of 21 expertly selected casks that were laid down over the past five decades. Some of these casks date back to the 1970’s,and are a mix of ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry, and re-charred French oak wine casks.
A rich and decadent expression with masses of sweet baked fruits, maple syrup, sweet pastries and abundant wood spice.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, burnished amber with coppery undertones and a warm, honey-gold glow.
Nose
An initial burst of citrus gives way to sweet pastry and wood shavings. Cooked fruits mingle with soft floral and coconut tones, while dried fruits, almonds and exotic spices lend a rich, mature depth.
Palate
Unctuous with Christmas cake, maple syrup and fresh red berries, evolving to tropical fruits with orange peel and ginger.
Finish
A long, waxy finish coats the palate, unfolding tropical fruits into dark chocolate and lingering spice, with a gentle warmth that lingers.
