Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with coppery undertones and a tawny, mahogany glow.
Nose
Vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce, bright red berries and fresh mint, intertwined with chocolate, cinder toffee, honeycomb and mocha.
Palate
Big gingery biscuit and toffee delivery with vanillin oak, chocolate raisins, honey nut cereal and peppery strawberry.
Finish
Fizzy root ginger beer opens the finish, joined by mocha and cool mint. Ripe melon with raspberries lingers, while aromatic spices and peppery oak weave through vanilla and strawberry, leaving a long, decadent yet bright finale.
