This Limited Edition Madeira cask finish is a demonstration of Hebridean island artistry. Originally casked in Whisky refill hogsheads, then finished in Madeira casks for four years.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with honey-gold highlights and a burnished mahogany edge, a Madeira-warmed glow.
Nose
Peaches and cream rise with bright bursts of orange rind, complemented by sweet toffee and walnut oil. Clove and geranium mingle with a soft wood spice, weaving a warm, softly spiced fragrance that hints at Madeira's influence.
Palate
Creamy mouthfeel gives way to hazelnut and burnt sugar, with citrus brightness and ripe grapes, a whisper of green capsicum, and a delicate herbaceous lift that lingers through the finish.
Finish
Soft, lingering finish of dried fruit and cinnamon, with a warm echo of fig and raisin sweetness, and a delicate thread of spice and oak.
