Palate
Peaty and luxurious, the palate unfolds dark chocolate and cacao nibs, lifted by Oloroso sherry richness. Savory wood and a whisper of leather balance the sweetness, culminating in a bold, smoky cocoa finish.
Finish
Long, smoky finish that clings with peaty embers, leaving a resinous warmth and a hint of cocoa as the smoke gradually fades to a soft, dusky glow.
