Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a burnished mahogany glow.
Nose
Warm, inviting aromas of old-fashioned toffee and sherry-soaked dried fruit, woven with toasted spices and ginger, and finished with mocha and vanilla for a creamy, cocoa-kissed depth.
Palate
Buttery dried-fruit cake with chocolate, honey-soaked flapjacks, candied citrus peel and orange blossom, entwined with mocha, cinnamon and ginger.
Finish
A lingering, elegant finish of mandarin zest and sherry-trifle sweetness, balanced by buttery toffee and toasted oak. Vanilla threads weave through, culminating in mocha notes that linger long after the sip.
