Nose
Sherry-driven aroma envelops ripe red fruits and orange zest, with figs, raisins and dark cherries weaving through polished oak. Silky toffee and cocoa drift alongside toasted almond and vanilla, while spices such as cinnamon, clove and nutmeg add warmth. A smoky, velvety finish hints at espresso and leather, inviting slow sips.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate with opulent sherry sweetness and a refined oak backbone. Dried fruits—raisin, fig, plum—drift over dark chocolate, toffee and vanilla, while cinnamon and nutmeg lift with orange zest and roasted almond. The 54.3% ABV delivers a graceful warmth, and the finish is long and layered, revealing leather, cocoa, and a gentle espresso note that lingers.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish where dried fig and dark chocolate linger, woven with warming spice and toasted oak. Orange zest and cinnamon persist, softly revealing a lingering sherry sweetness that gradually fades into a warm, elegant glow on the palate.
