Palate
Opulent and full-bodied on the palate, The Macallan reveals mature oak intertwined with ginger spice and plump raisin fruit, wrapped in a velvety texture with gentle sherry sweetness. A long, warming finish carries hints of dried fruit and spice.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with warm spice and dried fruit lingering on velvet oak. Raisin and ginger drift through the palate into a resinous fade, a touch of cocoa and cocoa nib, then a final whisper of sherry sweetness that slowly wanes into polished mahogany.
