Deep amber-gold with warm copper highlights and a reddish-amber core.
Nose
Rich fruitcake and sticky toffee dominate, with spicy dried fruit, French toast, and honey-roasted nuts; creamy fudge, rum and raisin, ripe fig and marzipan, and fruit-and-nut chocolate.
Palate
Rich, spicy dried fruit dominates the palate, with sherry-soaked Dundee cake, toasted aromatic spices and raisin bread. Runny honey lingers with praline and toffee apple for a warm, indulgent finish.
Finish
Dark honey drapes over buttered brown toast, carried by aromatic spices. Baked apples stuffed with sultana and a touch of fruit-and-nut chocolate linger, delivering a warm, enduring finish.
