Deep amber with copper-bronze sheen and hints of mahogany
Nose
Opulent nose intertwines rich fruitcake and sticky toffee with spicy dried fruit and French toast. Honey-roasted nuts, creamy fudge and rum-and-raisin weave through ripe fig, marzipan and a hint of fruit-and-nut chocolate, releasing a warm, indulgent sweetness backed by subtle oak spice.
Palate
Rich and spicy dried fruit with Dundee cake soaked in sherry, toasted aromatic spices, raisin bread, runny honey, praline and toffee apple.
Finish
Dark honey lingers on buttered brown toast, mingling with aromatic spices as baked apples stuffed with sultana unfold, leaving a lingering hint of fruit and nut chocolate.
