Silky, medium-bodied palate with toffee and fig, dried cherry and cocoa, lifted by orange zest. Oloroso-influenced sweetness from the European oak mingles with vanilla and gentle spice from the American casks, yielding a bright, layered sweetness framed by warm oak tannins and a creamy, lingering finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish with sherry-soaked sweetness, vanilla–caramel notes and a gentle oak spice that lingers. Dried fruit, cocoa and a whisper of orange zest weave through the palate, fading to a warm, softly spiced finale.
