Previously known as Founder’s Reserve, The Harvest is a unique marriage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Triple distilled and matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley.

Bright golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a warm copper glow.

Nose

A lively bouquet of zesty spice, black pepper and peaches, delivering a pepper-kissed, fruit-forward aroma.

Palate

Pot still spice dominates the palate, weaving in dark chocolate and a robust kiss of bourbon oak.

Finish

Long, refined finish of toasted oak and butterscotch, a warm sweetness that lingers softly, carried by bourbon oak with a final whisper of spice.

The Irishman was created by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh as part of Walsh Whiskey’s move into Irish whiskey in the mid-2000s. It was the company’s first whiskey brand, launched in 2007, and it drew on older Irish whiskey styles at a time when the category was still rebuilding its premium reputation.
