The Irishman Single Sherry Cask is a superlative Single Malt, resulting from seventeen years maturation in a single first fill Sherry Butt. The signet of this exceptional seventeen year old is its rich deep flavour of great warmth.

The influence of the Sherry cask is forever present, with notes of dark chocolate on the nose. Toasted oak and sweet sherried raisins gives a complexity that is satisfying to the palate. A combination of nutty Oloroso Sherry as well as a dark chocolate lingers on the finish.
