Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and mahogany edges, a luxurious, sherry-kissed hue.
Nose
Aromas of dried fruits rise from the glass, interwoven with dark chocolate, bitter orange and sticky toffee pudding. A plush sherry-tinged sweetness lingers on the nose.
Palate
Silky and opulent on the palate, sherry maturation cloaks dried fruits in rich dark chocolate, with bitter orange brightness. Sticky toffee, cream and spice unfold mid-palate, while toasted oak lends warming depth. A velvety sweetness lingers, coating the tongue with cocoa, orange zest and lasting warmth.
Finish
An enduring, sherry-woven finish: dark chocolate and bitter orange peel yield to velvety toffee and dried-fruit sweetness, with a final kiss of spice that lingers warmly.
