The first triple distilled single malt from this Norfolk based distillery which waas the first new one in England in over a 100 years! Triple distillation is widely practiced in Ireland and at The Auchentoshan distillery in the scottish Lowlands so this is a welcome addition to a lighter and fresher style of whisky. Bottled at 7 years old and like all the chapters editions made up of just a handfull of casks. A zingy and zesty offering with vanilla, candyfloss, white chocolate, anise and a touch of peppery oak.

Colour
Pale gold with sunlit straw highlights and a whisper of honey.
Nose
A zingy, zesty nose of vanilla, candyfloss and white chocolate, lifted by anise with a hint of peppery oak.
Palate
Bright and light on the palate, vanilla sweetness leads, edged by candyfloss and white chocolate with a whisper of anise. A crisp peppery oak backbone lends lift, finishing zingy and refreshingly long.
Finish
Bright, lingering finish with vanilla sweetness and candyfloss hints, balanced by white chocolate and a fleeting anise. A peppery oak bite tightens the tail, leaving a clean, refreshing zing that fades with a delicate touch of spice.
