Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden straw with a delicate honey glow and a trace of warm amber.
Nose
Freshly cut hay rises on the nose, joined by juniper’s earthy sweetness. Elderflower drizzle cake and juicy kiwi lend buoyant fruitiness, while a flurry of crunchy autumn leaves adds rustic, earthy depth.
Palate
Sweeter on the palate than on the nose, this dram glides with silky butterscotch and muscovado sweetness. A gentle bitterness from grapefruit juice arrives, then softens into creamy lucuma ice cream mid-palate, leaving a lush, earthy sweetness to linger.
Finish
Earthy sweetness returns and lingers, with maple syrup drizzled over crispy granola, followed by a warming tang of raw heather honey and yoghurt-covered cranberries.
