Aromas of vanilla-forward oak and toffee form a warm base, while Marsala finish lends depth with dried fig, raisin and orange zest. Almond and cocoa nib mingle with caramel, touched by cinnamon and nutmeg for a refined, spice-kissed Highland bouquet.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate with a warm, creamy texture. Dried plum and raisin mingle with orange zest, vanilla, and toffee from American oak. Marsala finishing adds plush wine sweetness, caramelized sugar, and a hint of cocoa. Subtle spice - cinnamon and nutmeg - emerges with toasted almond notes. The finish streaks long, fruity and gently oak-driven, leaving a lingering, luxurious sweetness.

Long, lush finish with Marsala-bronzed sweetness carrying dried fig and apricot, mingled with orange peel and vanilla. A cocoa-touched richness persists as gentle spices unfold, while the oak’s warmth and a soft tannic lift linger, leaving a polished, warming finale.
