Tasting Notes
Nose
Ripe red fruits lead the bouquet—plum, blackberry and cherry—woven with sun-warmed vanilla and oak. A whisper of cassis and grape-tannin from the Bolgheri cask mingles with spice, cocoa, and a wine-softened sweetness that lingers with refined polish.
Palate
Ripe black cherry, blackberry and plum fill the palate, carried by Bolgheri red wine cask warmth. Silky, mouth-coating texture reveals cocoa, espresso and a touch of almond. Cinnamon and clove spice mingle with soft oak tannins, yielding a refined, velvet grip. The finish is long and fruit-forward, leaving subtle wine tannins and a gentle coastal warmth.
