Distilled in 2007, 2008 & 2009 and aged for 11 years and bottled in 2021 this Single Malt Whisky is a production of batch of five-ex bourbon hogsheads to create a sweet and savoury dram.

Golden syrup-drenched sponge with a hint of coffee, lifted by bright kiwi—a warm, dessert-like aroma balanced by lively fruit.
Palate
Mint dark chocolate leads the palate, followed by bakery sweetness—sponge and Madeira cake—interlaced with savory notes of cured meats, for a balanced, intriguing complexity.
Finish
Earthy and refined, with parsnip and rosemary lingering and a delicate note of truffle.
