Colour

Deep, sunlit amber with copper-gold shimmer and a whisper of mahogany at the edge.

Nose

Aromas of sun-warmed orchard fruits mingle with rich, dusty oak and sherry-cask depth. Raisins and fig nestle with cacao nibs, orange zest, vanilla and almond. A thread of cinnamon and clove adds spice to a polished, aromatic backbone, hinting at tobacco and toffee as the glass breathes.

Palate

Opulent and sherried, it coats the palate with a velvety, oily texture. Rich dark fruit—raisin, fig, date—melting into cocoa, espresso and hints of burnt sugar. Cinnamon, clove and orange zest thread through polished oak, delivering a warm, lingering finish with a subtle peppery bite from the 55% ABV.

Finish

Exquisite, long finish with warming spice and toasted oak. Sherry-soaked fruit—dark fig, date and prune—unfold into cocoa nibs and almond, then ease into velvet sweetness with subtle leather and a kiss of pepper.
