Nose
Concentrated and luxurious, the nose unfolds with ripe dried fruits—plum, cherry, fig—woven with toffee, brown sugar, and creamy vanilla. Sherry-cask warmth adds polished oak, cocoa, and a whisper of spice (nutmeg, cinnamon), plus a hint of orange zest and a glossy treacle sweetness that suggests depth.
Palate
Full-bodied and richly sherried, the palate coats the tongue with dark plum, raisin and fig, brightened by orange zest and cocoa. Waxy, velvety texture supports a touch of toffee, while cinnamon, clove and nutmeg weave through the fruit. A warm, oak-driven finish lingers with spicy notes and a whisper of tobacco.
Finish
Long, warming finish that clings with sherried sweetness, rippling with dried fruit, cocoa and toasted oak. Spice rises softly—cinnamon and nutmeg—before a lingering, refined warmth fades to quiet elegance.
