On the palate, bold maritime smoke envelopes the tongue, with briny sea salt and cracked black pepper riding atop peat’s mineral bite. Sun-warmed malt reveals honeyed sweetness, citrus zest, and a whisper of vanilla oak, leading to a long, dry, smoky finish accented by saline warmth and a final peppery glow.

Finish

Long, warming and maritime, the finish spreads briny sea-salt with ash and peat. A peppery sting lingers, softly melting into vanilla-caramel sweetness, while coastal warmth remains as a smoky, salt-kissed glow on the tongue.
