Vibrant, full-bodied, and maritime. Flashes of peat smoke ride a bracing sea-salt breeze, while black pepper and heat kiss the palate. Notes of vanilla, treacle, and dried fruit unfold beneath robust oak, finishing with a long, smoky ember and mineral zest.

Finish

Firmly maritime and lingering, the finish blooms with coastal smoke, sea-salt and cracked black pepper.
