Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with sunlit honey and coppery highlights.
Nose
Rich vanilla and creamy toffee lead, velvet with coconut and orange zest. Fresh orchard fruit—apple and pear—dances with warm grain and biscuit notes, while light oak and baking spice frame the sweetness. A refined, sun-warmed bourbon-cask signature with caramel drizzle and lingering citrus lift.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied on the palate, delivering vanilla custard, caramel and toasted oak, with pear and pineapple fruit nuances and a touch of coconut. Spices—ginger and white pepper—lend a gentle bite, while creamy grain sweetness lingers. The texture is smooth and slightly oily, culminating in a warm, long finish of vanilla, spice and polished oak.
Finish
Silky, long finish drapes the palate in vanilla and toffee, with creamy oak, a touch of coconut and a gentle spice; warm caramel sweetness lingers, finishing with a refined, softly nutty echo.
