Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey hues.
Nose
Opulent sherried bouquet of dried figs, prune, and dark plum, with cocoa and coffee bean notes. Leather-bound with walnut husk and antique oak, infused with treacle sweetness and a touch of orange zest, plus gentle spice. A poised, warmly aged nose that hints at elegance and quiet complexity.
Palate
Silky and light on the palate, orchard fruits—pear and baked apple—meet notes of date and fig. A soft sherried depth brings spice, cinnamon and clove, with hints of almond and toffee. Polished oak lends structure to a smooth mouthfeel, ending in a warm, lingering finish with a whisper of dried citrus and nutty praline.
Finish
Long, refined and softly sherried, the finish unfolds with dark fruit, fig and cacao, brushed by toasted almond and spice. Subtle oak lingers in a warm, persistent glow, fading to a graceful, lightly dry finish.
