Oil-rich and full-bodied, the palate opens with maritime peat smoke, briny depth and waxy malt. Sherry-nuanced sweetness threads through—raisin, fig and toffee—while citrus zest brightens the middle. Cinnamon, clove and white pepper rise, leading to a long, saline finish with oak resin and a whisper of smoke.

Long, maritime finish where coastal peat intertwines with sherry sweetness. Dried fruit, cocoa and orange zest emerge on warm oak, with a delicate sea-salt lift fading into caramel-nutty depths and a lasting glow.
