Certified organic, non chill filtered and natural colour with notes of salty leather, liquorice, pepper, dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla all wrapped up in a blanket of bbq smoke.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural colour, a warm golden amber with coppery highlights.
Nose
Salty leather and pepper anchor the nose, with liquorice, dark chocolate and roasted coffee. Vanilla sweetness glows beneath, while a soft BBQ smoke blankets the aroma. Subtle maritime hints from the French and Missouri oak complete a lightly peated, richly aromatic profile.
Palate
Medium-bodied with a gentle, peat-kissed smoke. Salty leather and liquorice cue in from the first sip, joined by peppery heat and roasted coffee. Dark chocolate weaves through vanilla and toasted oak, while BBQ smoke lingers on the finish, savoury and remarkably persistent.
Finish
An enduring, barbecue-smoked finish that lingers with saline leather and liquorice, punctuated by pepper. It dissolves into rich dark chocolate and espresso, with vanilla sweetness weaving through and a final whisper of wood and smoke.
