This is the single malt Fujikai 10 Year Old made by Monde Shuzo winery. Aged in ex-Bourbon casks for 10 years, the whisky has a dry and rich flavour of warm spices, walnut and vanilla. The name Fujikai is a tribute to the expression's home country with references to both Mount Fuji and the former Yamanashi prefecture, once called Kai. Bottled at 43% ABV, only 8808 bottles of Fujikai 10 Year Old are available across Europe.

Colour

Deep amber-gold with sunlit honey tones and coppery highlights.

Nose

Dry, refined bouquet of warm spices, toasted walnut and vanilla, forged by a decade in ex-Bourbon casks. Subtle oak lends caramelized sweetness and a smooth, nutty depth, while the aroma remains polished and restrained. An elegant nose that hints at the balance and quiet power of the Fujikai 10 Year Old.

Palate

Dry and richly textured, it unfolds with a warm spice core: cinnamon and clove, supported by toasted walnut and creamy vanilla. Subtle oak lingers, giving a poised, long finish.

Finish

A long, dry finish that lingers with warm spices, toasted walnut and vanilla, fading to a delicate oak glow and a final whisper of sweetness.
