Colour
Deep burgundy with shades of dark plum—a wine-dark, velvety hue with ruby reflections.
Nose
Elegant, mellow nose lush with promise. Light vanilla sweetness mingles with molasses and cereal, smoothly woven with fruity and nutty notes. Top notes hint at vanilla sponge and butter icing, unfolding to whispers of ripe peach and white chocolate. Subtle, reserved, yet richly complex, inviting the senses to linger.
Palate
Smoothly creamy and sweet, with vanilla icing leading the palate, before a spicier complexity brings balance. Vanilla notes reappear midpalate above a deep fruit core, and the sweetness persists throughout. Very approachable neat or with a splash of water, which softens and heightens the sweetness.
Finish
Long and richly sweet, with a light spicy lift and a hint of white pepper. A splash of water heightens the sweetness, leaving a soft, lingering finish.
