Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit golden amber with warm honey tones and a faint coppery gleam.
Nose
Perfumed and pale, this Rosebank opens with delicate florals—lime blossom and gardenia—over crisp green apple and pear. A whisper of honeyed malt and waxy finesse gives a silky backbone, with a mineral, glacial edge. Subtle sherry warmth threads through—dried fig, raisin, toasted almond—while vanilla and oak keep it refined. An airy, elegant aroma that promises a refined Lowland treat.
Palate
Silky, waxy and effortlessly light, the palate opens with bright orchard fruit - green apple, pear and lemon zest - beneath a honeyed sweetness. Sherry influence brings dried fruit and almond notes, while delicate spice and polished oak frame a refined, floral-tinged finish that lingers gracefully.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish carries sherry-tinged sweetness—raisin, fig and orange zest—over a silky barley core. Nutty almond notes emerge, fading to a dry, subtle spice that lingers with Rosebank’s delicate floral lift.
