Palate

Poised pear and green apple notes mingle with citrus zest, opening to a creamy vanilla and almond core. At 56.3% ABV, sherry influence threads in dried fig, subtle spice and cocoa, while a silken, slightly waxy texture adds depth. A mineral brightness keeps it focused, finishing long with orange zest, almond, and refined oak.

Finish

Enduring, elegant finish of citrus zest, orchard fruit and subtle honey, lifted by a whisper of white pepper. The sherry-influenced depth adds toasted almond, dried apricot and a pale, waxy richness, fading to silky oak and delicate perfumed notes that linger long on the palate.
