Tasting Notes
Colour
Burnished amber with coppery sheen and a sunlit golden core.
Nose
A delicate, perfumed nose of rose petal, lemon zest and green apple, lifted by honeyed sweetness and beeswax. Subtle sherry echoes with dried apricot and cocoa, while wisps of oak and white pepper lend a graceful, mineral edge.
Palate
Silky and refined, it opens with green apple, pear and citrus zest, moving into creamy malt. Sherry maturation nudges in dried fig, raisin and almond, with a gentle spice. The mid-palate remains bright yet restrained, leading to a long, elegant finish of honeyed fruit, subtle oak and delicate floral notes.
Finish
Polished and persistent, Rosebank unveils orchard fruit and honey, carried into a long, refined finish. Pear and apple give way to toasted almond and a whisper of sherry sweetness, braided with vanilla. A delicate spice threads the soft oak, leaving a bright floral echo that fades to clean maritime air.
