Silky, waxy mouthfeel with a bold, sherry-kissed backbone. Bright lemon zest and ripe pear dance with delicate floral-fruit core, intensified by a custardy honeyed sweetness. Mid-palate reveals almond, toffee, and subtle oak, balanced by peppery spice and a touch of resin. Long, warming finish of citrus peel, warming alcohol and faint coastal hints, leaving a refined, lingering softness.

Finish

Long and indulgent, the finish unfurls with sherry-tinged sweetness into toasted oak and delicate spice. Rich dried-fruit notes linger as a warm, peppery burn from the 59.5% ABV, tapering to a refined, dry finale with oak polish and a whisper of cacao.
