Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Aromas unfold with velvety vanilla and toffee leading into rich dried fruit, fig and raisin, kissed by almonds and burnt sugar. Subtle orange zest and warm spice drift through, while cocoa and toasted oak lend a suave, sherried depth that coats the senses with refined sweetness and quiet, aged grace.
Palate
Silky and creamy on the palate, with polished grain sweetness—vanilla custard, toffee, and dried fruit—layered over nutty almond notes. Rich sherry depth brings sun-dried fig, raisin, and cocoa, folded with gentle spice and oak, finishing long, warm, and softly lingering.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of dark dried fruits, fig and raisin, wrapped in warm sherry. Subtle spice and cocoa linger with toasted oak, fading to a silky nuttiness and a gentle espresso note.
