Colour

Deep, sunlit amber with coppery highlights and a touch of rich mahogany.

Nose

Ripe Oloroso sherry leads, releasing dark dried fruits—prune, fig, raisin—framed by toasted almond, toffee and a hint of cocoa. Spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—pair with glossy oak; a whisper of coastal brine and leather adds depth to the weighty, malty Highland character, while the 57.1% ABV gives a bold, warming lift.

Palate

Powerful and luscious on the palate, with rich dried fruit sweetness from Oloroso—raisin, fig, plum—layered by spiced warmth of nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. Dense malty core, vanilla-caramel oak, and a subtle cacao note mingle with a coastal, saline lift. A creamy, lingering finish of fruit, spice and charred oak.

Finish

Long, warming finish with rich dried fruit—fig, prune and raisin—woven with spice and toasted oak. The malt underpin remains, as velvety sherry sweetness layers in, leaving a coastal-meets-spice echo and a lingering peppery warmth.
