Colour

Nose

Massive peat smoke mingles with medicinal iodine and sea-salt brine, a bracing Islay perfume. Beneath the smoke, dark fig and raisin sweetness unfold, with roasted almond and cocoa. Sherry depth threads through, carried by oak spice and a whisper of vanilla, producing a bold, luxurious aroma.

Palate

Molten peat smoke coats the palate, edged by maritime salt and iodine. Sherried dark plum and fig mingle with cocoa and toffee, while cinnamon and clove spice threads through rich oak. Full, viscous, and fiery at 64% ABV, the finish lingers with coastal smoke, dried fruit, and dark chocolate.

Finish

A fiercely long finish that keeps peat smoke alive, mingling with rich sherry sweetness. Dark chocolate, dried fig, and espresso emerge as the heat fades, leaving a bracing, spicy warmth of cinnamon and clove lingering through the oak.
