Palate

Bold peat smoke dominates the palate, tempered by rich sherry fruit. The mouthfeel is full and oily, with iodine, sea salt and dark chocolate giving way to raisin and fig sweetness. Spicy oak and black pepper drive a long, warming finish, leaving a resinous, maritime peat linger.

Finish

An extended, smoky finish: peat and iodine fade into rich sherry sweetness, dark fruit, cocoa, and toasted oak. Maritime salinity lingers, while pepper and spice leave a warming, lingering campfire glow that coats the palate long after the sip.
