Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with honeyed, sunlit copper highlights.

Nose

Opulent, warm nose of dark dried fruit and fig, touched by sherry sweetness. Malty vanilla with toffee and toasted oak mingle, while cocoa and almond lend depth and quiet spice lingers in the finish.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate with dried fruit sweetness—raisin, fig, date—complemented by rich sherry notes of cocoa and toasted almond. Caramel, vanilla and a touch of spice weave through toasted oak, with nutmeg and cinnamon. Velvety texture leads to a long, warm finish where treacle, chocolate and oak linger.

Finish

Elegant and medium-long, the finish carries toasted oak and vanilla, with subtle dried-fruit notes and a touch of spice that slowly fades to a warm, lingering sweetness.
