Colour
Bright golden straw with warm honeyed depth and a whisper of amber.
Nose
Delicate white stone fruits—apricot and nectarine—unfold with white pepper, salted milk chocolate, coconut, lime and vanilla, delivering a bright, maritime-tinged aroma edged with subtle sweetness.
Palate
Silky chocolate and vanilla lead to custard, with a subtle salty white-pepper spice. Waxy orange, praline and honeycomb unfold, tempered by key-lime pie and coastal seaside notes that linger on the finish.
Finish
Chocolate and orange curd anchor the finish, carried by a gentle salt and pepper spice. Vanilla and honeycomb weave through, with a hint of fizzy barley and a bright green-apple punch that lingers long and clean.
