Colour

Silky and richly layered, it opens with dried fig, raisin and orange peel from its sherry casks, tempered by vanilla-bourbon sweetness. Maritime brine threads through the palate, while polished oak and cocoa provide gravity. The mid-palate brightens with citrus zest, leading to a long, warm finish of caramel, spice and a whisper of leather.
