Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep sunlit amber with golden-honey highlights and coppery warmth, catching the light like a sunset over a Highland harbour.
Nose
Briny coastal air meets polished oak in a perfume of salted caramel and vanilla. The aroma unfurls citrus zest and dried orange peel, with a sherry-softened depth of dried fruit and almond. A whisper of salt-kissed toffee and cedar lingers, framed by a subtle maritime mineral lift.
Palate
Briny maritime notes open the palate with Highland poise, giving way to rich sherry influences. Raisins and fig meet orange peel and honey, while cinnamon and clove provide spice. Warm oak supports a subtle saline edge as toffee and dark chocolate linger in a luxurious, velvety finish.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with sea-salted caramel and rich sherry fruit lingering on the palate. Dried fig, orange zest and cocoa drift beside warm oak spices, fading to a refined coastal glow that invites another sip.
