Created while North Uist Distillery’s own island whisky continues to mature, Guest House No.01 is a blended malt Scotch whisky made using carefully selected casks from distilleries across Scotland. A combination of sherry and bourbon casks gives the whisky a rounded, approachable character, complemented by a gently integrated touch of peat smoke.

Heather honey and freshly baked brioche lead the aroma, with a distant suggestion of fragrant peat. The palate begins sweet and floral before developing notes of stewed winter fruits, cinnamon spice and soft malt. A lingering thread of peat smoke carries through the smooth, gently warming finish. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is presented at natural colour without chill filtration.
