North Uist Distillery Downpour Sloe & Bramble Scottish Gin

Downpour Sloe & Bramble Gin is a rich, fruit-forward expression made by combining North Uist Distillery’s Scottish Dry Gin with sloe berries and brambles grown on Uist. The gin is aged in specially selected ex-bourbon casks, adding layers of oak, vanilla and gentle sweetness to the naturally tart berry character.

Jammy sloe fruit and ripe bramble lead the nose and palate, balanced by refreshing acidity, aromatic botanicals and subtle spice. Bourbon-cask maturation brings additional depth and a long, smooth finish of dark berries, vanilla and seasoned oak. It can be enjoyed over ice, paired with blood orange soda or used to bring rich fruit flavours to cocktails.
