Produced by North Uist Distillery in the Outer Hebrides, this bold Scottish dry gin is distilled with a generous concentration of botanicals to create an intense and characterful flavour. Bright citrus and traditional juniper are joined by warming spice and wild Hebridean heather blossoms, bringing a distinctive island influence to the classic dry gin style.

Bottled at 46% ABV, it is clear in the bottle but turns naturally cloudy when mixed with tonic as the botanical oils are released. The palate is citrus-forward and aromatic, leading into peppery spice and a softly honeyed floral finish. Serve with plenty of ice, premium tonic, fresh lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
