Inspired by the landscape surrounding North Uist Distillery, Downpour Coast & Croft Gin captures contrasting flavours from the shoreline and the island’s traditional crofting land. Pepper dulse seaweed gathered from the coast is combined with wild thyme from the croft, creating a fresh and vibrant gin with a distinctly Hebridean character.

Lemon, juniper and aromatic thyme lead the palate, followed by gentle herbal spice and a light savoury quality from the pepper dulse. The finish is clean, coastal and delicately umami, making this an excellent choice for a refreshing gin and tonic garnished with lemon and fresh thyme.
