Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany, radiating honeyed warmth.
Nose
Sherry-rich and elegant, with dark fruit aroma of plum, raisin, and fig, touched by orange zest. A creamy vanilla-caramel backbone from long aging, with toasted almond and polished oak spice. Subtle coffee bean and cocoa notes weave through, giving a refined, luxurious depth to the grain’s mellow sweetness.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied on the palate, with honeyed cereal, vanilla and almonds melding into dried fruit and a soft toffee sweetness. Subtle oak lends structure as spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—emerge with orange zest. The finish is long, refined, with grainy richness tempered by a whisper of cocoa.
Finish
Very long, velvety finish; creamy vanilla and cocoa entwine with rich dried fruit and sherry-tinged spice. Raisin, fig and almond linger, backed by warm oak as a refined sweetness slowly fades into a lasting, elegant finish.
