From Danish distillery, Mosgaard, located near the Southeastern coastline of the Danish island, Funen comes their Pedro Ximenez Cask Whisky which is an un-peated single malt whisky double matured, firstly in French oak casks and then finished in 50-litre casks built from ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks resulting in a dark, intense and complex Whisky.

Deep, almost opaque amber with rich mahogany undertones and a burnt-copper glow.
