From Midleton's experimental Method and Madness arm comes a unique Single Grain.

This release asked the question: What if we take a step away from the familiar with a Single Grain whiskey aged in Virgin Spanish Oak. Without giving too much away, the two made very good partners, with a taste of gentle wood spice playing off the natural sweetness of the grain.

Colour

Golden straw with warm amber undertones and a honeyed glow.

Nose

New pencil shavings with a whisper of rose petal, and fresh rain resting on pine—a crisp, airy aroma.

Palate

Warm toasted oak meets fresh peeled grapefruit, with zesty wood spices weaving through the grain’s natural sweetness to create a bright, balanced palate with a subtly spicy finish.

Finish

Sweet cereal lingers with clove-spiced warmth and a final note of fresh mint.
