This has a really pronounced smokiness with grassy heather, hay and ashu qualities. There's alot of sweetness too, with toffee, butterscotch and vanilla cream coming through. The palate also has a slight raisin qiality and the finish is surprisingly long.
Matured using a combination of first fill Bourbon, Red wine and Pedro Ximenez casks.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich copper-amber with amber-gold sheen and a whisper of ruby at the rim, hinting at sherry-influenced depth.
Nose
Peat-driven smoke dominates the nose, braided with grassy heather, hay and a whisper of ash. A sweet undercurrent of toffee and vanilla cream glides in, with butterscotch lending creamy richness. Subtle dried-fruit notes—raisins and PX sherry hints—emerge, adding depth as the aroma evolves into a warm, inviting perfume of smoke and sweetness.
Palate
Peat-forward and smoky, with ash and wisps of grassy heather and hay. Rich sweetness—toffee, butterscotch and vanilla cream—builds against a subtle raisin note. Pedro Ximénez and red wine cask influence, together with first-fill bourbon, add depth for a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, smoky finish with persistent peat and ash, balanced by grassy heather and hay. Sweetness lingers, unfolding toffee, butterscotch and vanilla cream, with a raisin edge from Pedro Ximenez cask influence. The warmth remains luxuriously long, leaving a rounded echo of smoke and sweetness.
