Mackmyra Björksav (birch sap) is a Swedish single malt whisky inspired by the long-awaited return of spring. A collaboration with Grythyttan wine, Björksav is made up of whisky aged in ex-Bourbon, oloroso, birch sap wine seasoned and Sweidsh oak casks for a rewarding, floral whisky.

Colour
Sunlit amber-gold with delicate copper highlights, a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
A fragrant bouquet of floral and fruity notes, with gentle spice, creamy vanilla fudge, sandalwood, birch sap wine, and sweeter cherry and raisin hints.
Palate
Fruit-forward and raisin-rich, with orchard fruits supported by toasted oak and vanilla fudge. Spices lift the palate—anise, ginger and white pepper—adding warmth, depth and a lingering, bright finish.
Finish
A light, spicy finish that lingers with toasted oak and dried fruits, leaving a warm, orchard-bright echo.
